Sunny Deol started 90s with a couple of average action movies Aag ka gola and Kroadh. Both the movies had an average songs, hence they had a limited appeal. But, it was Ghayal who really proved to be milestone in Sunny's career. Ghayal had good music, dramatic action scenes and really good dialogs. Vishwatama (1992), Damini (1993), and Darr (1993) were another super hits from Sunny during this period. He delivered three more back to hits in 1996 with Himmat, Jeet and Ghatak. All these movie were predominantly action movies with Sunny playing a different character in all three of them.

It was a multi-starrer film Sunny Deol plays the role of a cop who falls in love with a witness whom he is suppose to protect. Movie had some mind blowing action & thrills to keep you at the edge of the seat.

Story revolves around two royal families in Rajasthan who fight each other annually and wants to bring rain in the region.
34) Damini - Lightning (1993)Genre: Drama
Story revolves around the character Damini who represents truth and innocence. Sunny Deol plays the role of a drunkard and ex-lawyer who helps her in all respect to reach her aim to get justice. Sunny Deol's dialog delivery was iconic in this movie.
